Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data AlgoStrike Labs collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to meet the notice requirements of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. This website collects nothing automatically
This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. We do not profile you and we do not build any record of your visit.
The site loads a web font from Google Fonts and a graphics library from a public code network (cdnjs). Those providers receive your IP address as a normal part of serving the file, as they would for any website. We receive nothing from them.
2. The forms do not submit to us
The enquiry form on this site does not send anything to a server. It opens your own email application with the text filled in. Nothing is transmitted unless you choose to press send in your own email client.
3. What we hold when you email us
If you email [email protected] we will hold what you send: your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about your trading setup or your requirements.
Purpose: to reply to you, to discuss a possible sale, and — if we proceed — to prepare and perform the agreement and assignment deed between us.
Legal basis: your voluntary provision of the data for that purpose, and thereafter the performance of our contract with you and our legal and tax record-keeping obligations.
4. Who else sees it
Our email is hosted by Zoho Corporation. Our website is served by Cloudflare, Inc. Both process data on our behalf in order to run the service.
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for marketing, and we do not disclose it to anyone else except where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to take legal or accounting advice.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a sale are deleted within twelve months. Where a sale takes place, we keep the contract, the assignment deed and the related correspondence for as long as the law requires us to keep business and tax records, and for as long as we may need them to defend a claim.
6. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold and what we have done with it;
- correct or complete anything inaccurate;
- erase your data, where we are not required to keep it;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated;
- withdraw your consent, which will not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
Email [email protected] and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
7. Children
This site and everything we sell is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
8. Confidentiality of what you tell us
Where we exchange a non-disclosure agreement, the confidentiality obligations in that agreement apply to your information in addition to this policy.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect what we hold, including access controls on our email account. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us over the internet.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The version published here at the time applies.
