How it works

Six steps from first email to assigned ownership. Timelines vary with the buyer's own review process.

EnquireEmail us naming the system you're interested in and a little about your own trading setup. We reply with a mutual NDA.
DisclosureOnce the NDA is signed we share the historical testing record in full, including the cost and slippage assumptions and the periods where the system performed poorly.
Review callA walkthrough of the rules and one sample period examined trade by trade, so you can judge the logic on its own merits.
TermsPrice is agreed directly in writing. A part-payment reserves the system and withdraws it from this page.
DeliveryRule document, source code, testing records and parameter sheet, together with the executed Deed of Assignment transferring copyright to you.
HandoverBalance payable on delivery. A short support window follows while you set the system up in your own environment.

You are responsible for how the logic is used, including any approvals your broker or the exchanges require before running automated orders on your account.

What we are. AlgoStrike Labs develops and sells trading-strategy logic as software and written documentation. The sale is an outright transfer of intellectual property in that software. We are a software vendor, not a market intermediary.

Not registered with SEBI. We are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as a Research Analyst, Investment Adviser, Portfolio Manager, Stock Broker or in any other capacity, and we are not empanelled with any exchange as an algorithmic trading provider. Nothing on this website or in any material we supply is investment advice, a research report, a trading recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. We do not manage funds for any person, do not handle client money or securities, do not place orders on behalf of any person, and do not accept any share of profits.

No performance is published here. No past or hypothetical performance figures are presented on this website. Any historical testing record we disclose privately to a prospective buyer is the result of simulation applied to historical data, is not the record of actual trading, and no person has obtained those results in live markets. Simulated results carry inherent limitations, including hindsight in rule selection and the absence of real execution, liquidity and market-impact effects. Past or simulated performance is not indicative of future results.

Risk. Trading and investment in securities, including futures and options, carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. You may lose more than your initial outlay. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and for any losses arising from them, whether or not you use logic acquired from us. Your obligations. The buyer is solely responsible for lawful use of the logic, including obtaining any approval required from their broker or from the exchanges before deploying automated or algorithmic order placement, and for compliance with all applicable SEBI and exchange requirements that apply to them.

These names are used here only to describe the instruments a system is designed for.
